Terms of Service & Engagement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("Client", "User", "you") and RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LIMITED ("the Company", "RCG", "we", "us", NZBN: 9429032992106, Company No. 2071353).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, utilizing our interactive diagnostic engines, or requesting consultation services, you confirm your unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you represent a corporate entity, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Nature of Advisory Services

Research and Communications Group Limited is a registered management consultancy (NZ SIC M696245). We provide:

• Strategic management consulting and operational realignment counsel.
• Quantitative market intelligence, feasibility studies, and research monographs.
• Corporate communications and institutional stakeholder alignment advisory.

All informational publications and preliminary tool outputs are provided for educational and strategic evaluation purposes. Formal advisory engagements require a dedicated, signed Letter of Engagement (LoE) specifying milestones, deliverables, and fees.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All research papers, diagnostic algorithms, proprietary assessment frameworks, charts, and portal content are the exclusive intellectual property of RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LIMITED and are protected under New Zealand and international copyright conventions.

4. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

Both parties agree to treat all non-public technical, strategic, and financial data exchanged during inquiries or engagements as confidential. RCG maintains strict data protection measures in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017), RCG and its directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal use, reliance on informational monographs, or preliminary diagnostic outputs.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand (High Court of New Zealand / Tauranga Registry).
